Behind a paywall, but an awesome project for the Grand Central District.

I love the commercial space. The heigh is only 3 stories, but it fits the area and probably isn't feasible to go any higher. This is the first new multifamily development on this side of 275 along central in like forever.

We've seen smaller projects like the Urban Village Townhomes on 1st Ave N but this is the first mixed use project since the mixed use building at Central & 23rd.

It's a great project for that area. Hopefully the distance from downtown makes it slightly more affordable. And also it will have great access to downtown via the Central Avenue Trolley.
That’s my standing as well TampaGuy. Eventually I would like to see a little more height along Central, but I’m totally fine with this. Projects like this will bring the taller developments, which will likely gather some negative reactions. But the additional residents and retail will no doubt benefit that area.
