National Stadium Karachi is undergoing some much needed renovations. Pitch repaired, roof being replaced and possibly additional seating.

So far their plan is to renovate the roof, media boxes, players pavilion & public toilets. Total budget is Rs. 1 billion..

PCB should remake these stadiums into 2 3 tier stadiums particularly Karachi Lahore Multan Rawalpindi like India did after international cricket resumes and PSL matches in Pakistan

I hope they build nice modern looking 3 tier stadiums (Like India has mostly done) and not something that looks from the 1990s

2. More than 70% stadium seating capacity is based on concrete they should placed the proper seats

I think in two months they can easily add one tier at some enclosures in stadium. Not that big task.
