The other day i come across this "Starbucks" thread in Philippines forums. They discuss the number of starbucks stores in their cities and post many photos of starbucks stores in their country. some of their starbucks store looks really unique and nice. Just wondering whether we also have unique starbucks stores here in Malaysia?

I'm not too sure whether anyone started this topic already or not. But just to share with u guys here. Please post any photo of starbucks store in M'sia here.

Langkawi -1
Melaka - 2
Seremban - 1
Pahang (Kuantan) - 1

The top 3 SEA country has most Starbucks stores:

1) Philipines - 102
2) Thailand - 90
3) Malaysia - 80 or ?

So what is total stores in Msia? 80 or ?? Anyone knows? I thailand is more than 90..hope this year we will increase a lot when Sunway 2, The Gardens and Pavillion ready..

Malaysia with a population of just 25million has 80 outlets comparing to the two countries show we r in the position of higher spending power nation in the region.

maybe not spending power in general but they definitely fork out some dough for Starbucks or starbucks as one a 'must' get everday...like me! or else there wouldn't be that many starbucks aroung! same thing here in Miami, all over the god damn place, even the below average joe (financially) would frequent Starbucks. Starbucks is a successful phenomenon..and ugh.....I used to work there..

How about Indonesia? I heard they are more crazy about Starbucks that even their poor goes to Starbucks.

I never heard anything like that
Starbucks is expensive man, poor Indonesian can't afford them

Beside of the price, Indonesian enjoy more their local coffeeshop like Ohlala coffeeshop or Excelso cafe. Its taste better in my mouth and offer better price :yes:
