Here are some classic images of Maine to get the discussion started:

It's amazing to me how Maine looks exactly like Minnesota's North Shore of Lake Superior and the Arrowhead region, aside from the colonial architecture.

I was in Maine once. The Winter scenery driving from Portland to Bangor was beautiful.

I went ot Maine several years back. Only time I've ever been in snow. It's very laid back and has an old vintage feeling to it.
