Rather bland.

Mind you, I have lived in good apartment buildings that looked not too dissimilar, and the scale is right and the location is good for intensification.

But would it kill the architects to use more than right angles and box shapes? Or add some interest, like with an off-set glassed-in stair core?

Completed

We would like to inform you with great excitement that Station R at 11 Fenton St, Mt Eden, our latest building, has now come to COMPLETION!

It’s always a monumental time in the world of Ockham Residential to reach this point. Along with everyone’s dedication from the inception of concept through to this point, it has taken a huge collective effort and commitment.

We’d like to celebrate this moment and invite you to view the stunning finished building for yourself. Station R is open this Sunday 21 June, from 1 – 3pm. We will have 4 apartments open to view, along with the top floor residents lounge.

Ockham Residential architect Martin King who designed Station R will be there for you to meet, along with many of the Ockham Team. We would welcome the opportunity to show you through this 'Urban Regeneration' development that we believe is truly a contribution to our beautiful city.

Furthermore, we would like to say a huge ’Thanks’ to all involved and a special thank you to all our purchasers. We are very much looking forward to seeing you all settled in your new home.

unfortunately it looks quite shabby now, those glass balconies are a bad idea, looks good on a render but when people move in with all their rubbish it goes down hill, why dont they frost the glass? you can see all sorts of crap on peoples decks and frankly i had a look at an open home and it looked a bit cheaply finished inside. what is up with that pink carpet???
