I visited New York in August 2004 (well, my last visit was Xmas 2005). I had really nice weather for a whole week almost. Nothing but clear skies for 4 consecutive days and very comfortable walking temperatures of around 26-28C. I think the mercury can topple 30C at times so I suggest bringing a wet towel with you and a bottle of water for sure.
Summer weather
Just a question what's the weather like here in July-August? Is it really hot and humid? Can anyone give some numbers. I will be staying in America for the summer for the first time ever.
