GRREEEAT Shots Mark! Nice use of light and angles. Hope you don't mind I use one as my desktop background, heh. Cheers!
great pics dude! as always
Thanks for the compliments.

And about using the images as a desktop background? No biggie.. if you want a larger version that'll fit better though, just let me know.
Sweet, thanks Mark! Which one is your fav out those?

I'd have to say that out of these, my favorite is the one of the residential high rises over Juneau Park Lagoon.
Wow, I think you're the first one to get a sunset shot with the new skyline. Great shots, all were quality.
great pictures, I also like the lagoon with the condos in the background picture the best, although the one above it is a close second imo. Those two new condos are really changing the skyline for the better. I have one question though, what time did you take these pictures, because the upper floors on Kilbourn Tower are very dark. Does anyone live there yet, or were they probably just out for a night on the town still.
Nice, very good pictures!
*bite lip*
I think these might be some of the best shots of Milwaukee's skyline I have ever seen. Awesome!
:eek2: i cant decide which is better the lakefront or the riverwalk!!!! nice shots~!
That breakwater near McKinley Marina by far commands the best views of downtown Milwaukee. It would be cool to see a sunset shot with one of the harbor entrance
lights too. Great pics.
question: over they years we have all wondered if kilbourn and university club would look bad so close to each other. I was wondering as UC is topping out soon, what we all think.

I for one don't think it looks bad at all, i think it worked out quite well and the skyline from the lake looks 200% better than 3 years ago.

The Milwaukee skyline has been completely transformed with the two new residential highrises. The fact that they're so close together no longer worries me. In fact, I think the two buildings look great side by side. My favorite skyline view of the city is certainly from the east with these two towers in the picture.

For so long Milwaukee has had a spread-out skyline with no concrete "core." With the addition of University Club Tower and Kilbourn Tower, however, I think we finally have that skyline meat that's been missing.
There's alot of quality picture threads on Milwaukee lately....this is one of them.

The lagoon pic everyone seems to like the most is too dark for me but I love the first pic! I'm hopeing you, MilwaukeeMark, will be able to take a similar pic with the same angle, same lighting, and same boat filled lake when the UCT is completely done!
