Park Avenue Condos is a new condo project by Concord Pacific currently in preconstruction at 100 Ave & Whalley Blvd in Surrey. Sales for available units range in price from $182,900 to over $250,000. The project has a total of 424 units.

haha stalker! nah, i live close by but not there. I was just using my friend's good vantage point of view for that shot. They hate that sight as the construction always start bright and early...reallyyy early! hahaha
