no people?
Sunday afternoon is not a time to meet people on streets. In Czech rep. there is a strong tradition to spend weekends in countryside (weekend houses/cottages, biking, hiking, swimming, skiing, mushrooms picking :D...). Shops are open on Saturday morning until twelve or - 1 p.m. ... Pubs and coffee shops are open in the evenings and are the meeting places for those people who did not leave a town. Streets are meeting places Monday - Saturday noon only.
