hey cul, do you ever see something happening to that brown stubby tower on the cnr of Macq and King st's ( in the middle of your 2nd photo). I think its a university of law or something?
be nice if they re-clad it ?
How tall is it and how tall can a building go in that spot?
that bldg is the Law Courts . its 114m tall/30st built 1976.
it really overshadows Hyde Park. It was built before current planning controls came in. also its gov bldg.Theres no way it could go any higher.
wow, nice clean apartment design... It's a shame the suburbs miss out on good residential apartment design like this, all we seem to get a concete and bricks assembled in an ad hoc manner and the result being a box like thing.
