^^ A combination of an overly restrictive federal aviation height limit, and an overly restrictive local city council. There are rumors of a supertall office building possibly in the works though, with a developer buying up all the parts of one of the very few sites which is able to reach the 300m mark or more.

simple block extruded to 325m
