What about Richard Johnston Sq and 8 Chifley Sq.
^im slowly adding them. there in now!
That thread doesn't have the word BOOM in the title.

PROPOSED BOOM would probably be more accurate ;-)
ive moved that to state section.
thiese projects are uc or about to start not fantasy. putting a date like 2010, isnt right.
some will finish this year, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2-12 ect.
How about i fuc the word boom off!
that only happens in Dubai.
it will be a boom if it all keeps moving along and doesn't get bogged down. cul, your positive excitement may be very well validated ...
Very impressive rundown. Thanks. Seems all the Australian capitals are joining in the party now.

I liked the proposal at 1 Alfred Street, which I had not seen before, also the CUB site - in fact it seems there's a lot of great green design work in the pipeline.
Hey Cul.

Why dont we have a thread like all the other major world cities in the international section.

You should do it, this is a ver impressive collection.
wow Cul, good idea PD, and maybe have ones for each region too as a brief 'summary' of projects?
The Sydney folks should have a reason to be happy at least with whats in the pipeline, even if they are not tall. Some of the smaller ones are great additions especially Macquarie Bank. It's a good list. Thankyou Cul for compiling it.
Yeah, many thanks for this Cul...its pretty impressive when you see everything on 1 page!
THE 188m 163 castlereagh st tower looks like finally coming to fruition. the wesbite is up and rumours are start date in october.

That Chatswood Interchange looks fantastic.
I wasn't exactly sure where to put these or if they have already been covered on other threads but I read about these on the weekend.

720 George St looks amazing. The colours are so cool.
Is it just me or do all the parramatta ones look far better than the ones planned for the city?
