How the hell is Tabriz getting such beautiful projects. No other city in Iran gets such attention, not even Tehran.

۱۲پروژه مشاركتي در طرح جنگل كاري عينالي اجرا خواهد شد

۱۲پروژه مشاركتي با ۵۲ميليارد و ۶۹۰ميليون ريال سرمايه‌گذاري در طرح جنگل كاري عينالي تبريز اجرا خواهد شد.
اين تصميم سه‌شنبه‌شب در شوراي سازمان توسعه و عمران عينالي به تصويب رسيد و مقرر شد نحوه واگذاري و اداره كردن پروژه‌هاي فوق در نشست‌هاي بعدي بررسي شود.
ايجاد محورهاي گردشگري ( باغ رستوران و باغ ويلا )، ايجاد مجتمع‌هاي ورزشي روباز، هتل آپارتمان، باغ وحش، باغ پرندگان و رستوران سنتي به ترتيب با سرمايه‌گذاري‌هاي دو، يك، چهار، پنج و دو ميليارد ريالي از جمله پروژه‌هايي است كه به تصويب رسيد.
همچنين ساخت قهوه‌خانه سنتي با يك ميليارد ريال، مجتمع شهربازي با ۱۰ ميليارد ريال، مجتمع خدماتي با دو ميليارد ريال، هتل مرتفع شهر با ۱۲ ميليارد ريال و احداث تله كابين با مشاركت شركت‌هاي خارجي با ۲۰ميليارد ريال اعتبار از ديگر پروژه‌هاي مشاركتي در عينالي مي‌باشد.
استاندار آذربايجان شرقي در اين نشست با تاكيد بر لزوم تدوين و تصويب طرح تفصيلي پروژه عينالي گفت: با تدوين اين طرح كليه پروژه‌ها و برنامه‌هاي مورد نظر با طراحي مناسب و حساب شده اجرا خواهد شد.
محمدعلي سبحان‌الهي افزود: براي اجراي پروژه‌هاي مشاركتي بايد رايزني و مذاكرات مطلوبي با سرمايه‌گذاران بخش خصوصي صورت بگيرد.
سازمان عمران و توسعه عينالي و پارك طبيعت تبريز چندي پيش توسط وزارت كشور در چهار فصل، ۳۸ماده، ۳۵تبصره و ۹۰بند تصويب شد كه حفاظت از منابع طبيعي و چشم‌اندازهاي طبيعت، مطالعه، طراحي و احداث و بهره‌برداري از گردش- گاه‌هاي كلان شهر تبريز را برعهده دارد.
پروژه ايجاد مجتمع تفريحي جنگل كاري عون بن علي در ارتفاعات يكهزار و ۸۰۰متري شمال تبريز شامل دو هزار هكتار جنگل كاري است.
همچنين در سطح ۶۰۰هكتار از اين اراضي عمليات تقويت پوشش مرتعي صورت گرفته و قرار است با شيوه آبياري قطره‌اي تحت پوشش كاشت درختان جنگلي قرار گيرد.
در ارتفاعات كوه‌هاي عون بن علي تبريز دو مقبره قرار دارد كه گفته مي‌شود از نوادگان و بازماندگان امام اول شيعيان هستند.

They did the whole bike route thing in Tehran as well, but unfortunately people have not been that receptive.
1 - Government is actually in love with Tabriz. The amount of industrial government investment they get is ridiculous. Compare it to cities like Abadan, Kermanshah, and Shiraz.It is right.The government isn't really in love with Tabriz to send more budget.the private investors(specially nationalist ones) are giving Tabriz the construction boom
2 - Construction in Iran is 98% private, but as someone said the major construction companies are related to influential government people.

Teraktor Sazi, Machine Sazi Tabriz Co, Iran Diesel (IDEM), Pump Iran, Tabriz Petrochemical Complex, Tabriz Oil Refinery...
Plus tons of food and agricultural companies.
This isn't a bad thing. Tabriz has the capacity for these sort of businesses and deserves to have them, however I find it odd that Tabrizis and Esfahanis complain about not getting lots of funding considering they are very well developed compared to most other Iranian cities.
Yes, Tehran gets alot of funding but 10-15 million people live in that city!
