Guys why man damo aton reklamo ito na airport designs. Render pala ngani, dida kun matapos it project dida na kita mag judge. Yana mayda na dig-on nga matutuman na it constructon, aada la gihap it aton kritisismo.

Talagsa la ako mag comment pero napapansin ko nga mag upay la kita mag hatag hin negative criticism. Kun architect la kita tanan nganhi ha forum eh di sana all.

Balit, suportahi la anay iton nga project total ha tacloban man la gihap ito mmahihimutang. Kay kun ha Palo posible hira MacArthur it aada ha atop hit terminal building. 😂

Maupay nala waray mahi ngadto ha Palo an airport. Kay kun matuman kapataraw-an hi Mc Arthur, instead ha pang pang han dagat nag haw-as ngan naglalakat hi Mc Arthur ha kah😁🤣😁✌agnaan hin humayan na hiya naglalakat.

In my own opinion criticizing the design does not mean nga diri kita nasupport hine nga project. We just want an airport design of international standard that we deserve.

Classical example: "Mactan-Cebu International Airport"

At first, damo an nagreklamo kay baga daw hin chicken warehouse an design. Eventually, the architects and designers listened to the criticisms until they came up with a series of design changes that meet the taste and approval of the Cebuanos.

Lo and behold, now MCIA is now one of the most awarded terminal design not just in Asia, but around the world.

Nevertheless, the point being is that this should project should start immediately without hiccups and makusog pa it kamada. Kay bangin sunod nga mga bulan magweather weather na liwat ine. Labi na nga it aton RDC chairman kay hi Petilla and bangin may mga milagro na mahitabo na liwat.

I remember an dati na GM han MCIAA was a forumer so nan mamati hya han criticism han design asya nakabulig ma change an final design.

But anyway, basta madayun na gud at airport

Two leaders of the House of Representatives want a bill enacted creating the Eastern Visayas Development Authority (EVDA) to spearhead investment promotion and implement economic development strategies in Region VIII.
Tingog Party-list Rep. Yedda Marie Romualdez and her husband, House Majority Leader and Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez, filed House Bill 1155 or an Act Creating the EVDA, Defining its Powers and Functions, Providing Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes.

“With EVDA, we can ensure that our investment priorities and promotion strategies are in sync with our development needs and our regional strengths such as our geographical location, our skilled human resources, and our immense tourism potentials,” the Romualdez couple said.

They added the bill’s enactment would serve as proof of their commitment to empower the local government units in the Eastern Visayas.

“For example, a foreign investor interested in investing in Eastern Visayas need not go to all the local government units in the regions or to a disinterested national government agency. He doesn’t even have to be in Tacloban. But through EVDA, one can get the right and concise information and support that he or she needs,” they said.

There is a need for the people of Eastern Visayas to “build our confidence in the future,” according to them.

They cited that Eastern Visayas is very important to the country’s economy being located at the very heart of the Philippines, with the islands of Samar and Leyte serving as island bridges between the country’s northern island of Luzon and the southern region of Mindanao.

“One of the most ecologically diverse regions of the country, the three islands of Samar, Leyte, and Biliran are blessed with land, mineral, energy, and marine resources, making it favorable for agricultural, fishery, and industrial potentials. Its geothermal resources have also been tapped, producing electricity for the national power grid. Its coconut, abaca, and other agricultural produce have contributed toward increasing the national economic supply.

SM Prime income soars to ₱38.1-B in 2019

SM Prime's mall business generated ₱57.8 billion, up by 8 percent year-on-year, the company said, drawn from same-mall sales growth, cinema and event tickets, as well as amusement and merchandise sales.

Last week, SM Prime secured approval for a ₱100-billion bond program for the next three years, with an initial offering meant to raise at least ₱15 billion to upgrade or build new malls.

The listed firm runs 74 malls in the country, with plans to open three to five new malls "in key provincial cities" this year. SM also runs seven malls in China.
