around 2 years and 6 months mostly ang turn-over ng mid-rise buildings ng DMCI. Serissa Residences' first building Skipper in Las Pinas, launched nung June 2012, Turn-over: December 2014. but knowing DMCI, i'm going to expect an earlier turn-over.

If it's going to launch the first building somewhere between Sept/Oct 2012. Turn-over might be around March/April 2015.

when did this development launched? are there still available units
will launch this October, and for sure on the first day of advance tagging all units facing amenities can be sell like a hotcake, just like what happened in serissa residences in las pinas on the very first day of tagging all units facing amenities, SOLD OUT.

will tag on October and thats the time they will release the pricelist, floor layout and the unit layout...for the meantime you can visit the cedar crest in acacia to view the community because that is too similar with this one , verawood. And of course when it comes now to the price and the and the standard unit layout you can compare it now to the new project in Royal Palm the Rawai and the Kamala.
The community for verawoods will comes out only with 5 to 6 buildings with 6 floors each, so for sure in 3 mos. time after the launching this will be totally sold out. Soon to rise Town center in Acacia is more closer in verawoods.:)

Any details? Floorplan? Price? Years until turnover?
sorry to mention about the turn over date, commonly our midrise project is usually will take 30 to 33 months of construction period after the launching date so lets say i f the tagging date will be this october expect the rfo date in between april to june 2015.
