Tokyo needs to share some of its acclaim with Taipei; the two cities are remarkably similar is many ways. Too bad visiting is difficult as a PRC citizen.

Taipei honestly looks better than Tokyo there

It is definetly more dense and futuristic looking

Nope, that is the inside of the Core Pacific Shopping Mall, its one of the biggest in Taipei with several night clubs on the top floor for the night owls amongst us :)

At least 上海 is well-endowed with boredom killers. Work in Texas for a few years, and desolation is redefined. ;)

Thanks for the advice. I hope to make a stop by Taiwan in summer 2008.

i quite like taipei myself ...
Its no tokyo
but its much cheaper than tokyo
its like a breed of tokyo and hk ...

That streets reminds me a little of
La Rambla in barca ...
