Hea uudis - Telliskivi veetorn tehakse korda.

Tegu on siis sellega Balti jaama taga:
Plaan on veetorn galerii ja kohvikuna kasutusele võtta. Pisut küsitavad on veetorni lisandid:
...Rekonstrueerimise käigus rajatakse veetorni kõrvale trepikoda, lift ja väikeses mahus abiruumid (WC-d). Torni ülaossa (endise paagi kohale) rajatakse aknad ning Telliskivi tänava poole väljaulatuv osa...
Loodetavasti torni ei rikuta ära ja uuenduskuur on maitsekas ja kvaliteetne.

Asi hakkab siis selline olema:




Ülemised kaks korrust on kohviku päralt,kahel keskmisel on köök & kontor ning alumised kaks on galerii.

Kavand ise on KOKO arhitektide tehtud.

I look at these projects and wonder: who are the people that are buying these expensive apartments? Are they all investors?

Finns perhaps ;). There was some article recently about Finns buying a lot of property in Estonia at the moment, because they know it will probably be a good investment.

^^ Just an example of what I mean: www.kreutzwaldi7.ee Most of these have been sold but the few existing apartments give a good idea about the overall pricing in that building. :crazy: An even crazier example is the Pagari street building in the Old Town www.pagari.ee - 40 very expensive apartments, 24 of them have been sold. I can't even imagine how much that 240m2 apartment on the 5th floor must've cost.

See kummaline hoonetekompleks Rocca Al Mare's on pooleldi korda tehtud. ühes otsas on mingi aiandusäri ja teine ots, mida ma ka pildistasin,on muudetud spordisaaliks.

Kadrioru Saksa Gümnaasium is being renovated this summer. This should be the only school in downtown Tallinn that has not received a makeover (and it needs one bad!)
The ugly gray bricks are being covered with something and the school will also get a brand new sporting hall!
This used to be one of the biggest schools in Tallinn.







Raadiomaja renovation should also begin soon, in the other end of Gonsiori street. Then all that is left is to renovate the street itself... Hopefully next summer with a new city government :no:

Narva mnt 74/A.Alle 3 project has a website now. 2 apartments are already sold and 2 are booked, despite the high price level.

In Australia, houses of that sixe in that location would definitely cost over $1,000,000 (over 700,000 Euros)

EDIT: Wait, are they not selling the whole house but individual sections... But it isn't an Apartment/Condo/Town House :lol:

whole house definitely costs over 1 000 000 euros. Now compare the price levels and...

narva mnt 20 hoovipoolne osa fassaad on korras ning ehitati juurde üks korrus. välisküljega on kredexi jamad ning ehk läheb töö kevadel edasi, aga kindel ei ole. tunnen inimest majaühistust
Tänavapoolset fassaadi on hakatud uuesti renoveerima. Jeei :banana:
