TANGIER | Résidence Madrid | 14 F | #Project

Résidence Madrid is the new project of Mixta Maroc. It is located 300 meters from the new Tanger TGV station, linking Tanger to Rabat and Casablanca. This project is scheduled to take place in three distinct phases and is expected to launch in 2014. The total constructed area is 73,891 m2, which integrates medium high standing homes, shopping areas and private parking areas.

We have conducted an avant-garde design and architecture in harmony with the architecture of the new TGV station and its shopping and business center.
