Minu teada peaks see olema 55 m kõrge, Plasku on 52 m, Tigutorn 83 m.

How does this building impact on the skyline? Are there any recent distant shots, including the existing Tartu panorama?
I would say the impact is not very big as 16 floors are not so high (for example compared with tigutorn https://et.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tigutorn what has 23 floors ) and as it is located on low ground on the riverbank and not next to main streets.. so it is not so noticeable from anywhere far. EPA Dormitory with its 16 floors ( http://wikimapia.org/6593229/et/EMÜ-ühiselamu-Torn#/photo/4847103 ) is much more visible as its kinda on top of the hill and edge of town. And then there we have in central town Plasku ( https://et.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emajõe_Ärikeskus ) with its 14 floors and.. here list of Tartu highrises ends :D

Other possible place of impact is near Eeden shopping mall at the start of Sõpruse bridge on the edge of Annelinn

Jesus guys, thank you for the answers. :D I'll have to visit Tartu once again (previous was in Spring, 2017) sometime next year, seems to me that the town is developing really nicely and that every year or so there's something new.
