No, I think the probabily of this hotel being built is quite high. I mean it's not that expensive as other projects... .

The cost can't go higher than $150 million. If you look at the aerial photo it looks like they're doing preparation work next to Hekmat building (the one with the helipad).

thats good news.
it will really add to the skyline especially the fact that its near milad tower.
the problem with tehran is that most of the towers are far away from eachother.

That depends on the distance between each floor, 38 floors could vary from 136 to 156m, also the crown will add to the height.

By now the tower has risen 2 floors (at least) above ground from what I saw today (I passed by again).

Very nice project with a beautiful hotel and a shoppingcenter. But what is the tower with the hellipad that is already there? Is that a hospital or someting?
