Nice pics  Tel Aviv of 30's looks like Athens in 60's: some of the buildings has the same "architectural style" 30 years later in Athens :)
can i say i love more this tel aviv than the one we have now?
Here is a collection of vintage videos from the area. Sad to say I did not find any from Tel Aviv. Great pics though!

Unbelievable! All of urban south Florida could have looked like that if there were more preservationists down here. Instead we have South Beach and a lot of crap.
I like how similar Bauhaus is to Art Deco. I really like that style.
Awesome pics! The area with all the bauhaus style buildings is called the "White City", right?
oh my g-d! i love these! where did you find them? Tel Aviv def must have looked like "the city of the future" back in those days
Love it!
They sure knew how to build ugly buildings already in the 30s

Tel Aviv 2008 is much more chaotic than in the 30's, specially the traffic jams

Why ugly?
