Amot has bought the historic Taas factory building.
The left building will be preserved, while the right building will be mostly demolished and replaced by a mixed use tower

We have a thread for the compound generally, but the compound will have quite a few different towers by different developers, like the Hassan Arafe compound. So it makes sense to have a thread for the compound when it's all talk, so we can discuss it generally, and now that individual towers are being advanced they can have their own threads
