What an incredible angle. Kind of off-topic, but is it too much of me to hope that they build something marvelous on that street corner between Begin and Hamasger?

There is/was a plan to build a building kinda sorta similar to Flatiron building in NYC.
A "triangular" tower of sorts.
There is render somewhere on the forum.

Now that would be a dream
