Because, this is approximately the amount of time it should take them to complete the u/g parking floors.
Once they reach the street level, they will have to decide whether to ctoninue with tower construction or wait until they find some financial backing (unless they find it by then).
But seriously, do these supports look solid to you?
Whenever I look at it, somehow it reminds of the Barzel underground parking lot that collapsed last year.
Similar looking columns which as it turned out weren't properly designed.
Preparetions for third phase are underway. The foundation drilling machine has been removed from the site while some equipments from Danya Cebus (the constructer of the third phase) have already brought in. I expect to see an installed crane in the coming weeks
No machinery. They left only one tractor that looks like no one used it for quite a while. No workers on site. Seems like the site was abandoned abruptly, as if they ran away from something deadly. :runaway:
