Hi there,

From my understanding the developer decided to stop the work as a result of difficult dispute with municipal authority. Currently they're dismantling the cranes and at the same time the telescopic arm excavator was taken away even though there's still plenty of debris left at the bottom of the pit (bottom-left: second pic).

Do you know the nature of the dispute? It seems really bizarre at this stage. What is the developer trying to achieve?
