Could be just the perspective, but it seems like the next floor of the outer shell being built is of standard height (unlike the first 3).
So maybe, we will start seeing better pace soon.

Not sure, considering that they will have to get the walls of the hotel rooms and such to be done as well. Will be interesting to see what method will be choosen for that.
If you scroll a few pics above you can see that they are already doing something similar for some rooms on the floor that is currently being built (not sure what those rooms are for, if the boundries they laid down are indeed of rooms).

At the time this building is being built I finished 2 years studying music production, I moved to LA for 5 years and I moved back to Tel Aviv over a year ago. I hope it's worth it

Finally after seven years all underground floors are now nearly in place - the open excavation pit/bat cave is gone!

What about those tall columns which supported the street level at the beginning?
Are they stil there providing support to the building, or were they replaced with something more solid?

In sections where concrete slabs now fully support themselves as the Luba Eliav tunnel the temporary supporting columns have been removed. As for rest of the columns, I have no idea.

Looks like the crane facing Kalka Building is getting preps for another suspension so it can further climb up.
Judging by that it seems pace of the core isn't slowing down...
I guess the frame will get more attention after the underground part is done and the podium taking shape.
They've been working on the current unfinished frame-floor for 3 weeks...
