The core is at ~30 floors now and the frame is barely progressing.
I hope, they haven't decided to build a pencil tower and just do the core in order to compete with billionaires row

That core resembles giant phallic symbol currently rising from high to higher. Atop of it there will be a blob (see pic below), which could be resulted in one of the world’s most daring landmarks. Hence, it’s no wonder why some people here are so attracted to it shape and snap fotos every Monday and Thursday.

I start thinking that they are postponing the construction of the frame on purpose in order to get permits for higher tower.
The pace of the frame construction is just too slow compared to the core.

How will it work though? the shape of the frame is very unique since it's tilting, and I don't think you can add floors to the tower without changing the design from the bottom of the frame
