I’m afraid I’ve lost my favorite flour mill in Tel Aviv.
but the building looks good .
And there is a small pool for my dog.

Huge ancient trees. Will be cut for idiotic 6 lanes road. This is not progressive this is pure stupidity .

Thankfully it'll only be a 4 lane rd, instead of 6, the plans have recently been revised. I really hope this means less of those trees will be cut

It would be nice if they re-planted the mature trees elsewhere instead of cutting them down but I understand that's a lot more expensive.

The building has been fenced off. I think it's new but I'm not 100% sure (in 2015 streetview it wasn't fenced off. The question is whether it happened recently of a few years ago)

It is fenced off in the 2021 version of simplex tel aviv, not in the one from 2020 so maybe like a year ago?

I'm not sure when exactly- but it has been fenced off for quite a while. This probably happened as part of the plan to widen Elifelet St more than due to any anticipated construction of the towers- over the last couple of years lots adjacent to the streets have been slowly cleared.

These streets dont cross.
There is some distance between them.
I guess the lot spans all the way from one street to another?

Could be, because there are no approved plans for the lot yet, and it will require several years and some paperwork before this project could be realized, hence the relatively low price.
