There is a Loke Yew Street in Singapore? 
Wow! I didn't know Loke Yew is known in Singapore!
BTW he's the father of Dato' Loke Wan Tho - the founder of Cathay Organisation
His mansion in KL (the Loke Mansion) is the first house to have electricity in KL
And Loke Yew actually brought my great-grandfather to Malaya

btw, most of the articles I read mentioned that House of Tan Yeok Nee is the only one remaining. However, there is one article that said that though Tan Yeok Nee was indeed the owner of one of the 4 mansions, it was located at the Penisular Hotel.
Here's what I gathered.
1. Loke Yew St. Owned by Tan Seng Poh. Built in 1869, the oldest of the 4. Housed the 1st Chinese Embassy of the Manchu Government
2. Boat Quay. Owned by Seah Eu Chin.
3. SCCCI. Owned by Wee Ah Hood. Home to SCCCI until it was torn down in 1961 for the new structure
4a. Pensisular Plaza/Hotel. Owned by Tan Yeok Nee; or
4b. House of Tan Yeok Nee.
