Also it was hard to believe they can build 33 storey on 1 rai plot.

This project really reminds me of MJD's Manhattan condo on Petchburi rd. but slimmer.
I like.

นึกว่าไซต์อยู่ใกล้ระหว่างแถวๆ Phayathai Building และซอยรางน้ำ ซะอีก เห็นมีป้ายโษณาดิ แอดเดรส เหมือนกัน ติดอยู่

The exterior of the building is just awesome looking. The crown has almost the same features as The Manhattan, just like cHemon mentioned.
It's just too bad that the apartments are tiny. Besides, the building only has two elevators, if I remember correctly :/
Anyways, most people will only see the exterior, the best part of the building :]

Following Address Phayathai, The Address Sathorn 12 will ask for 130K.
