The Algarkirk is a contemporary four-storey apartment block set in a quaint, cobbled lane with a 24-hour manned security booth. Comprising just 11 spacious apartments, many of which also feature studies and terraces, the building is north-facing and will offer wonderful views of the Atlantic Seaboard and Lion’s Head. Residents will enjoy secure parking, while eco-friendly solar water heaters have been included to reduce energy costs.

Seapoint/Fresnaye need more high rise.. 4 floors just doesn't cut it, they should be going for 8-10 floors as standard.

Sea Point is already one of the most dense residential areas in the country.
I think beyond refurbs, and a few floors added here of there, nothing much will alter things. Moullie Point and Foreshore should be prioritised for hight. Also, they should get the area around the good hope centre incentivised for further apartment buildings to catylise the woodstock /Vredehoek east city area.
