I'm sure that when the Airport Rail Link is open next year, this project will see its value higher for the location. This area has been quite under-appreciated. When access to mass transit is improved, the neighbourhood should also become more developed (and probably more desirable). But right now it's quite a mess around Th. Ratchaprarop. It's time to tidy up Pratunam.
I would agree with you there Zoowatch also a lot of the leases are coming to an end around there too, so the Crown Property group I think will start to engage in new leases and big businesses will begin to look at this area with some seriousness
