Where are you born? It would be fun to se pictures from your birthplace, perhaps this has been done before and then I'm sorry!
I'm born way up north but left the place as a small baby and I've only been back once as a teenager and all I can remember is that it was boring and full of mosquitos! But I was a teenager, thirteen or something, and thought that the countryside was dead boring! So perhaps I'm forgiven.
Anyway in my case I won't mention where I'm born just yet because it would be fun to see if someone recognizes it?

Kiruna is pretty big compared to that, even has a little skyline! But its surrounded by pine and not spruce as most towns i have ever seen in Jamtland, and few of farms around there, so it must be quite far noth.
I still live where i was born, in a smaller place than Boscorelli's birthplace (or maybe not, but your place is more townish). Not boring at all here, but you will have to be less lazy here than in cities since we don't have everything downstreet!
Leksvik, a small old farming village, today a industrialized village with 1100ppl, 3500ppl in the entire municipality. 75% is working in high-tech companies, incl. me. Situated on the Fosen peninsula, north of Trondheim and Trondheimsfjorden ("wrong side of the fjord")!

You are absolutely right it is not Jämtland!
You really live in a beautiful area Þróndeimr that's for sure! No I don't think it's boring to live in the country side, I could acctually consider doing it at some stage in my life. But I was just a spoilt teenager, a **** who wanted to stay in the city during the summer, that was why I thought it was boring!
I was born in little village called Keuruu. Like most small places it's a boring place but I have some good memories of it from my childhood.
