Wait & see young man, wait & see ... the 'whole' building with it's glass crown will be a sight to behold both inside & out I'm afraid there aren't many images of the interior as it is being built, the site is extremely secure & construction workers and security men aren't that good at keeping us up to date with progress of a visual kind .... these computer images will have to suffice for now ....

I agree .... it will either give the building a light, crystal crown to top it off.... or it will look like an awful, clumsy tubular framed greenhouse plonked on the top. Let's hope it works!

Yup. I gave it a three. At least the massing of the building is okay. This is just a big lump which destroys the otherwise fantastic skyline of Birmingham, which I've said I love on many occasion. It's just a shame this has been allowed to happen. hno:

Err it hasn't even topped out yet. The crown is to be the best bit! Why dont you reserve your judgement till its FINISHED! Im not a HUGE fan myself but a 2? **** me. I would give the Sentinels more then that. Just wait till you see it in the flesh.

I respect Sub's opinion. I've gone very cold of the view from the back. I'm glad that they've at least made the windows bigger on the back so it'll be more illuminated at night.

Sorry (i feel like i need to apologise) because its such a big project for Birmingham. But i just can't see how this building works aesthetically (maybe it does from the inside). I can see the cladding looking seriously wrong in about 16 months..
