81 luxury homes with below-ground parking and ground-floor retail. 2655 Bush will consist mainly of one and two bedroom homes.

Work began at the site in the fall of 2013, and occupancy is projected for 2015. Look for a sales office to open in mid – late 2014, depending on what part of 2015 the building will be ready for new homeowners to move in.

Plan on prices north of $1,000 per square foot.

86 parking spots will be built as part of the development. One will be set aside as a car-share spot. We are researching the distribution of the remaining spots.

The residences at 2655 Bush will offer its residents access to amenities that include:

fitness center
greenhouse
resident’s lounge
roof top deck
well-landscaped interior courtyard.

81 Unit Condominium Complex Poised To Rise In Lower Pac Heights

Enduring the last economic recession, a lawsuit, and ownership changes, the planned development at 2655 Bush Street had a delayed and struggled start. But since excavation permits were issued early last year, contractor Midstate Residential Construction has made a significant amount of progress on the project’s construction. A recent visit to the Lower Pacific Heights site showed the reinforced concrete foundations and subterranean parking garage nearing completion with crews currently stitching together rebar for the first floor’s concrete walls. Per city permit records, we expect wood framed upper floors will sit above the reinforced concrete foundation and first floor.
