Creating a new thread for this as it appears one was never created. Still have as proposed as I don't believe there has been any movement on the site yet? (Warehouse was due to be demolished in April or May of this year)

Most recent story I could find from January:
A 15-story downtown Milwaukee apartment project that will use mass timber construction is planning a spring groundbreaking

Rojahn & Malaney's warehouse will be demolished by around April or May, followed by construction of The Edison, Helbach told the Journal Sentinel on Tuesday

The Neutral Project posted about it on LinkedIn 4 days ago (just saw it and it prompted the creation of this thread). Hopefully that is a good sign of it moving forward soon!
