First off my old photos of the Elmhurst School for Dance.
It is at the end of Edgbaston Road and on the corner of Pershore Road in Edgbaston. Converted from former police flats.

Not fully sure about the differences between the school and hall.

As in, this is a development of the residences rather than a development of the school grounds. I suppose it makes little difference.

Appears to be student accommodation. Change title to this and move to Completed.
