Based on the render, the building looks an office tower not a residential condo tower. It is taller. As far as I know office tower has a taller clearance than a residential condo. Another perception, it is a mixed used tower, retail, residential and Office tower condo.
^^ one thing for sure is na-closed na ang PIZZA REPUBLIC
