Judging by the render, it seems as if they plan on incorporating Harbour Place and the other building connected to it with the tower:

Great location and perfect for City gateway tower . I get around 30 floors but at ony 14 000m2 , thsts less than 500m2 per floor?????
mmm. like a lot. but will only really wet my pants when construction has started.
NICE :D hope its not just a proposal
Well they're already selling space on the Baker Street Properties site, so I doubt it.
Looks good. Such an addition is really needed for the area

Exciting Stuff :)
May I use the image at my "future" blog? I see you have your own.
Lol go ahead, I don't own it :)
Send me a PM if you are interested in merging blogs or a "take-over".
good looking building. but only 14000m2? it looks bigger than that
Do note that it says 14 000m2 of offices. There could very well be additional components that aren't included in that figure. Remember that the description is from a property website, so it could only address the component that they're actually selling.
Isnt this part of the masterplan too redo that entire area?
Anyway, great building and location!
Nope, that's Culemborg Quarter, which will be situated to the left of the render, out of the picture. Exciting stuff!
Yay you found my mystery building :D
just hurt my eyes trying to count, but I got 30 floors. Looks great btw!
The billboard up on site isn't very informative. It just has a huge render, the Baker Street Properties website address, and information regarding office space and parking.

I wonder who else is involved.
Same with Edge. Just a number and their website.

Baker Street are not involved beyond being brokers, site is privately owned (same party whon owns the front buildings in The Boulevard) and the current design is by shk although quite a few architects have had a stab at it
