The Isaac is Ockham Investments’ latest offering to the Auckland property market. Three boutique buildings on a private cobbled lane provide a living environment of truly international quality. Each building includes a private rooftop lounge opening out to a large landscaped garden where residents can socialise and enjoy the panoramic city views. The Isaac’s generous one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all with 2.7m stud, are priced from $420,000 through to $1.71 million. Located in a residential environment only a short walk from the West Lynn Village’s shops, bars and restaurants, The Isaac provides a range of new residences in popular Grey Lynn. The Isaac is currently under construction, with a completion date of early 2013.

This one popped up really quickly, I am sure that we will see more of the same in the not so distant future for the area.

This is wrong on so many levels. How could such a slum be put up in Auckland? This sort of housing is threatening the New Zealand way of life. We were never consulted about allowing more people into Auckland. This is not Hong Kong. We don't need apartments. Why is Len Brown concentrating on the CBD? Besides people can work in their homes on their computer.

Just trolling. I was trying to think like Batshit crazy Jan O'Connor  Looks like a great development.

Was thinknig the same, turned out pretty much exactly like the renders!

Council should be posting pics of these and the impact of the nighbourhood instead of generic computer generated designs..people might be able to relate better to physical photos...
