Probably up for a referb, as part of the Masshouse development, this 69M, 21 floor brown beauty is loved by some!

Oooo errr, no I love its brown slabbiness, it looks like a proper 60's building, from another era, and it's covered in mosaics on it's narrow sides, you don't get attention to detail like that these days.

I like the browniness too. I would complain if they re-galzed it, but in the same style. It would benefit from a tidy-up.

Can't stand the colour, tall buildings simply should not be brown. Would like to see it reclad in Zinc cladding like covers the new Peat house.

Now, privately owned Bruntwood plan to invest £7m redeveloping the building around these customers, creating 20 floors of high specification offices, with space to let from 1,500 sq.ft to 45,000 sq.ft.
