probabil pentru ca partea sa spectaculoasa nu e mai mare decat Basarab si proiectul nu e mai important .... iar cu ganditul, poate ne lamuresti....
apoi mai ai si 97% vs. 0.00001 % executat

oare pe ce planeta? sa inteleg, CB-Unirii 20 min? cine te-a amagit in halul asta....
aha exact: prin centru, ce bine ar merge tot coridorul IV pe la unirii! exact ca la paris!
pài normal ca n-ai inteles (vad pctele de mai sus). se incearca completarea inelulul pp + supratraversarea giulesti si splai, asa tocmai pt a devia traficul ce merge spre centru
