I don't know if it's ugly or very ugly!
6.5/10 - it's trying way too hard to have a unique shape.
Interesting idea but it doesn't work. The building looks ugly and awkward and it suprised me when I saw it was built last year.

It's not my favorite building, but it's an interesting one. The shape is unique though the color is a catastrophe. So, it gets 8/10.
