Does anyone know when the completion date for this building is set. I am sure it wont be fall of 2007, to me it looks as if it wont be finished until March of 2008. Anyone know?
Around October-December 2007. One tower is already topped off and the second one is nearing that point. Residents should start moving in during January of 2008. The building should look almost complete by the fall of 2007, this year, though.
Yes. 10 Museum Park is 585 feet tall and the tallest tower of Plaza on Brickell is 610 feet. Plaza on Brickell is one of the tallest towers on Brickell, right now it's third tallest, but it will drop on that list as the ones currently under construction get topped off.
Third tallest in brickell? It is the tallest in Brickell after the Four Seasons Hotel ,third is Jade and then Santa Maria, counting only towers already top out
Have any restaurants or retail been announced at this building. Considering that it has a large retail component and brickell frontage I would think it wouldnt be to hard to sign a decent restaurant/bar. The Met already has a few high end restaurants signed on.
Does anybody know what the two little kiosk things at the front of the plaza on brickell are going to be. They seem very small in footprint, and do not seem connected to the actual buildings. From the ground level rendering the perspective makes it look as if the big Plaza symbol is the entrance to the larger interior space. Only know I realize that they are going to be freestanding buildings.
i wonder when they will start on the entrance way to the plaza? I drive by it almost everyday and where it says plaza and the little entrance way is not yet up.
I'll get some pictures next time I drive by during the day. I don't get over there that much to begin with and sometimes it's at night....but I'll see about some pics of Plaza soon.
