The developer of 10 new Fresnaye apartments is bringing energy efficiency, solar water heaters and lush green landscapes to the fore as added touches to the new development.
The latest project by boutique property group, Signatura, The Residence is designed for privacy at home and round-the-clock security, and takes full advantage of its setting with sea and mountain views.
