8/10. It would be a 9 or even a 9.5 if not for the last minute blow-through floor addition and those awful black bands covering the mechanical levels.

I gave it a 9/10. The black bands and blow-through floors are a bummer, but I find that they don't greatly impact the general visual effect of the tower. I would've given this a 9.5/10 without those, though.
