I can't believe Geno's East isn't on the list. It's deep-dish is comparable to Uno's and Giordano's but I put them ahead because of their far superior crust, always light and flakey like a pastry.
As for thin crust I like Aurelio's in Homewood, but my favorite thin is Grassano's Pizza in Oak Lawn just west of Central Ave. on 87th Street... mmm Grassano's!
