THERE SHOULD BE PROJECTS & CONSTRUCTION THREAD

there should be a projects & construction category in the taiwan forum like in other forums. individual construction projects about new buildings, etc. should not be under 'cityscape' category. cityscape should only have topics about, well, cities! duh!

We will have more subforums when there is more activities in the Taiwan forums. As stated in the Welcome Thread, for now, if the thread is about specific projects, they should go under Infrastructures, for threads with the purpose of sharing photos, they should go under Cityscapes.
