the renders looked so promising but the end result was very ugly look buildings. does kenya have any advanced construction teams that know how to build apartment to the right dimensions???

LOL... I have a friend that has bought for investment purposes, he had bought at Ksh3.5m 2 years ago, he is being offered 5m now, he is also renting at 35k monthly.

From the gallery pictures, they look good, am planning to visit soon, am still thinking.

Are you sure about the rent. Flame tree rents range between 17-25K.
