i did my job. Friends please provide your opinion. Please be honest in your opinions. If you really don’t like anything please mention. Your honest opinion may help to improve the lack of services in the city.
I've participated the survey.
Basically our city is good. But lacks in some aspects like Job opportunities, Road facilities, Drinking water supply etc.,
Our corporation needs to focus on laying new roads to reduce the day to day growing traffic, Providing Tamirabarani river water to all residents of Nellai, Widening of our City Bypass, Pettai/Town to KTC nagar road & Murugankurichi to Central jail, Constructing ROB on Kulavanigarpuram, Completion of Maharaja Nagar ROB etc., Last but not least, Our corporation must complete the construction of Junction Bus stand at the earliest.
Also, While allocating new city buses (Mostly the red coloured city buses), it should be deployed on new routes. Our transport officials always deploy those buses on Jn to New bus stand/Town to new bus stand. These buses should be allocated on other routes also, like Town to NGO colony, Junction to Cheranmahadevi. If possible, they may create some new routes too.. like Nanguneri to Gangaikondan, KTC nagar to MS University, Reddiarpatti to Sankar Nagar, New Bus stand to Tuticorin airport (Based on flight Arrival/Departure timings), Cheranmahadevi to Super speciality Hospital, Maharaja Nagar to Pettai etc.,

Prepare financial statement on quarterly and annual basis for TPSSL and CSL Coordination with Statutory Auditor to ensure the same is completed on timely basis
Preparing monthly MIS and quarterly Board presentation.
Project profit and cash flows by taking inputs from various departments
Preparation of tax calculations and advance tax Coordination with various other auditors – tax auditor, cost auditor, internal auditor etc.
Candidate Profile: CA with approx. 3-5 years’ work experience
Should be well versed with SAP and MS Excel
Should have good analytical skills & interpersonal skill

The Total area of Tirunelveli local planning authority is 351.59 Sq.km as on 2006
Are they planning to restructure Tirunelveli corporation or not? Already government has issued order for the following cities Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, hosur and trichy.

Our government has not been able to provide better road infrastructure and urban development within the present city limits.

if new urban planning area is formed , it will comes under the tamilnadu housing and urban development department. This department should do all the infrastructure works of the city. For example in Chennai, many infrastructure works are carried out by them.
The new urban area will also includes some outskirts and villages nearby city. So the infrastructure will de developed.
